I have the opportunity to taste the cakes and pastries made by Renate Smith, owner and chef of “Cookies a La Carte” and I recommend them without reservations. They are delicious!
My first experience was with some samples that Renate sent to our company. They were different cookies; they were very fresh and you can really taste the natural flavors without the overwhelming sweetness that we find very often on bakeries pastries and sweets.
Later, a birthday’ cake was ordered and I have the same impression regarding freshness and natural flavors!
